Helping make the transition from physiotherapy to independent exercise smooth and safe is important. For this reason, exercises are prescribed individually and supervised to ensure accuracy and safety.
If you are new to exercise or uncertain as to where to begin, we would be happy to assist you with the transition to a gym, attending classes or self motivated exercise.
We offer instruction in Pilates based exercise, Core Stability and Yoga.
